Don’t Be the Last to Know!

7 WAYS TO BECOME AN EXCEPTIONAL LEADER

To encourage the Social Entrepreneurialism, YTE would like to develop a long standing relationship with your organization and members for the purpose of collaboratively creating products and or services to meet a social need.  As our debut project as a group, we have chosen to utilize our individual talents which range from photography, fashion designing, culinary, marketing and promotions, to benefit the lives of other teens all while encouraging Entrepreneurism and igniting the Social Consciousness of our peers

For the project, we would like to provide at least 2 of the youth within your organization with a unique opportunity to work with our team to create and complete a clothing customization project. The selected participants will work with our designers to customize their very own NEW pair of sneakers, a shirt and hat (that we provide) that would reflect

their unique style and personality. Additionally, upon completion of their collaborative effort, the participants will receive a photo shoot, highlighting the completed work with the design team, memorializing the socio-emotional and economic benefits of combined Youth Services and Social Entrepreneurialism.

We are aware that your organization provides services to youth, who like us, stand to benefit by the essential for success within the 21st Century Workforce. Essentials like loving homes and communities of healthy and supportive friends and families and for the more easily obtainable secondary essentials like, Socioemotional, Creativity, Innovation and Intrapreneurial skills are provide through our Parent Organization, The Menturnship’s Program “The Road To Entrepreneurialism”. It is for those reasons that our Social Entrepreneurial Initiative was developed so that collectively we could stand in the gaps for our community members in need.

It is our ultimate aspiration to spread the gift of Social Entrepreneurialism throughout our generation of youth through these and other, acts of service, and we humbly extend this invitation for your organization’s members to take part in our initial project.

Through our partnership along with the Gap Inc., we’ll inspire other startups, established organizations and entrepreneurs to express more freedom and courage to help social causes as well.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENUERIALISM

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OLD NAVY ASSOCIATE

For starters, we’d like to share our unique and innovative Intreprenuerial experience to the members of your organization.

Through our partnership with The Gap Inc., the teens and young adult Participants  can attend the “Day In the Life Of An Old Navy Associate” at one of the many of their locations.

Through this event, the Old Navy employees, volunteer their time to provide your organization's members with the most relevant and accurate “Hands On” employment experiences available. In addition to the employment skills, your organization members will participate in various information sessions regarding customer service, interviewing, dressing to impress and other intraprenuerial skills, during the store’s work hours.

These events are the most innovative and creative ways of creating pipelines directly from community youth to local businesses within our communities. Participants are not only better prepared for employment they are also encouraged to apply for employment at any of the Old Navy locations as well as their affiliate stores, The Gap and or the Banana Republic.

The overall information provided through these events far exceeds “retail exclusive” information but encapsulates the intraprenuerial skills necessary for success within any industry within the 21st century workforce.
